About

Independent ideas. Purposeful software. One growing universe.

ScubeStacks is the independent software studio of Shankha Shubhra Sanyal. It brings together products that do different jobs—calculators, browser games and referral workflows—under one commitment: build useful experiences, give each its own identity and keep improving what ships.

About the builder

I design, build and maintain focused digital products from early concept through public launch. ScubeStacks is where that work comes together: an open-ended portfolio of practical utilities, playful experiences and workflow software.

My work is visible through the products themselves and the code behind them. You can explore the public repositories on GitHub.

What belongs here

Projects under ScubeStacks are built as standalone products with their own interface, audience and roadmap. CalcStack is a calculator platform focused on searchable tools and transparent calculation context. PocketArcade is a browser arcade focused on compact games that start immediately. WayIn is a referral workflow product built around candidate and referrer actions.

The root site exists to document those products, explain the studio behind them and provide stable policy and contact information. It is not intended to disguise one product as another or publish mass-generated pages simply to create advertising inventory.

How products are chosen

A project normally starts from a narrow use case that can be explained in one sentence. We then look for the smallest version that is genuinely useful. Visual identity matters, but usability, correctness and understandable behavior come first.

Some projects will remain small on purpose. Others may grow into larger services. The decision to keep, expand or retire a product depends on whether people actually use it, whether we can maintain it responsibly and whether the product still has a clear reason to exist.
