Product / WayIn
A referral request should have a workflow, not disappear into a message thread.
WayIn is a referral workflow product for two sides of the same process: candidates looking for a referral opportunity and employees deciding which requests they are willing to handle. The product organizes discovery, request state and follow-through instead of treating a referral as a one-off direct message.
Candidate side
Candidates can browse available company and job context, choose an appropriate referral path and follow the state of a request after it is submitted. The product is designed to make it clear whether a request is new, being reviewed, approved, rejected or otherwise completed rather than leaving the candidate to guess.
Referrer side
Employees need control over their own queue. WayIn treats the referrer as an active participant who can review requests, claim work, reject requests that are not a fit and move accepted requests through the workflow. The goal is to reduce random outreach while preserving the referrer's ability to decide what they will handle.
Why it is account-based
Unlike a public calculator or browser game, a referral workflow depends on identity, request ownership and private application information. Much of the useful product therefore lives behind authentication. Public pages should explain the product, but account-only screens are not intended to become generic advertising inventory.
Trust and data boundaries
Referral products can involve resumes, profile data, work-email verification and application state. Privacy and security requirements therefore differ from the other ScubeStacks products. The live WayIn privacy and terms pages should be used for current data-handling and operator information.
Open WayIn
The live product is hosted separately from the studio root.
